Vatican under the leadership of Pope Francis supports gay people against discrimination after an incident at a gay nightclub in Orlando took place and 49 of them were brutally killed.
Speaking in front of reporters at Rome, Italy, the Pope was asked about his stand on the way the gay people are treated in this world.
“We Christians have to apologize for so many things… not just apologize – forgiveness,” he said and extended his apology to other people who have experienced discrimination.
In his speech about gay people, he also included the poor people, the women who have been exploited and the children who have been forced to work.
“The question is: if a person who has that condition, who has good will and who looks for God, who are we to judge”, Pope Francis added.
