Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 5 winner Nathan Donald “Nate” Diaz emerged victorious in the first epic battle against the “Undefeated Money Man,” the notorious Conor Anthony McGregor at UFC 196 back in March 5, 2016 at MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada
The notorious Conor McGregor was on a 12-fight winning streak and was undefeated under the UFC banner until he submitted himself to Nate Diaz in the second round of the first fight in a huge upset.
The long awaited rematch has originally been set out sooner for the main event for UFC 200 but McGregor failed to submit UFC's promotional demands, the fight was scrapped by the UFC organization and was later agreed on UFC 202.
On the recent UFC 202 media conference call, Diaz said he was ahead of everybody as a following in the UFC but believes he’s been under appreciated for a long time “I was the biggest draw, I was the biggest everything in every weight class and then Conor came around and was the biggest draw, he was getting a big push, everybody was all about – the UFC was Conor McGregor.”
McGregor will finally get the chance to avenge his defeat to Diaz at UFC 202, and he believes he will KO (knock out) Nate Diaz in the second-round of the Rematch on August 20, 2016 live from Las Vegas and on Pay-Per-View
Will Conor McGregor get his vengeance or will he submit himself for a second time?
