Pantal District got a good rating in the Report Card Survey (RSC) conducted by Civil Service Commission Staff Region I, in an implementation of the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) that was conducted from May 30 to June 1, 2016.
Barangay Pantal, Dagupan City is one of the barangays who got a good rating with a final numerical rate of 85.13%. They passed the two core areas: Compliance with ARTA Provisions with a numerical rating of 85.36% and Overall Client Satisfaction with a numerical rating of 84.94%.
Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Report Card Survey is a research tool used to gather and interview client feedback on government services. Low rates result from a government office’s failure to comply with the provisions of Republic Act 9485 known as Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 which includes the observance of the “No Lunch Break” policy, posting of the Citizen’s Charter, and setting up of the Public Assistance and Complaint’s Desk.
The service offices with the score of 90-100 will have an excellent rate; while those who got 90-100 but had a failing mark in any area will be rated outstanding; 80-89.99 will got a good rate; 70-79.99 were acceptable; and 69.00 and below had a failed raiting.
“Kayo po ang aming inspiration May our Lord Jesus Christ Guide us always,” said Barangay Captain Julie Perez in her statement.
Service offices that got a failure rating in RSC will undergo service improvement workshops at facilitations to elevate the effectiveness of strategies, structure, staff and systems of service offices.
